Good Lord, Good Friday

The priests cried, "Prophesy!"
After Jesus confessed his plan.
"Who gave this man the right
To sit at God’s right hand?"

The crowd cried, "Crucify!"
After Pilate met the King of Jews.
"What has this man done
To deserve such abuse?"
